These seem to mirror the 460 assortment of caps and plugs, but I have ordered two smaller items to check for size to check my 460 for fit. I have wanted to renew a couple of plugs to ensure secure fit. Perhaps Sean could post this chart here for others. Cheers!

The W461 expansion plug diagram makes it much easier to determine which plug type goes where on the body by showing a sketch of the floor panels.
The W460 expansion plug diagram shows the plugs only in a simple grid layout, which is not very conducive to determining which plug goes where.
Both diagram types are shown below for reference.

Seeing these in profile also make identification much easier. Thank you, Sean. You guys are a wonderful resource!! Tom

It would be helpful for some us obsessive types to buy the entire package. Others might like individual items. Have you considered selling a package of these items? Tom

We have not Tom, but I would certainly entertain doing so if there is a need. Usually, we sell these in onesie - twosies, however, if you would like to be the Guinea Pig, we'll run with it.
Best,

I still have to order some big ticket items from you first (that damn $600 m115 exhaust manifold), but down the road I will definitely be replacing all of the plugs i removed last year when i noticed standing water everywhere inside my truck. Every time I find another one, I dig through the undersealant and rip it out in preparation for a tbd waterproofing job.

No, I doubt I would ever need the whole package, and really only need 8 or 10 for small holes in the outside the frame cross members where the former owner had mounted running boards. My wife thought they looked too sissy, so we left them behind when we bought the G. However, that left maybe - four 10 to 13 mm holes that I want to seal up. Today, I need to measure the inside diameter of these holes, count the total number needed, and send you an Email. Thank you, Sean.
