RE: Your G Wagen.

Nice shots there Commando! Great location and mode of transport. Looks to be a well kitted out truck - would love to see more detail on your storage unit. Removed the rear seats?

Thanks Photoman. I am taking mine out to 8" with 150mm backspacing (about 32mm offset) then running 265/75R16 BFG AT's

Hi Grazza,

Yes, i've removed the reat seats. Click here to see : http://ve2ign.pagesperso-orange.fr/cargo.html the text is in french, but you can click on picts to see details. In spring, i'm going to update the storage unit again, and installation of a James Baroud roof tent.

Some pics of my G named Raspberry

Nice vehicle setup for touring. The landscape reminds me of that in northern Sweden and Norway. Beautiful place.

RE: Your G Wagen.

It really was nothing but different shades of grey. Volcanic ash for 3-4 hours of driving.

Very Nice Turttle Mark. Your G likes new.
Mine has more traces of branches and imperfections due to offroad travels. My bumper for exemple, has a rock impact on passenger side, due to a meeting with a rock in a very technical tracks. Rock was winner

Yours is top shine

Re: Your G Wagen.

I just completed my yearly wash and wax. It always puts a smile on my face after I give her a polish and remove the side marks from the tree branches and discover how nice she still looks.

Those are some surreal "end of the world" looking shots. Very nice.

Re: Your G Wagen.

Graham..... what size tyres have you got on yours? Looks like the 15" rims (Same as mine).

They look like 32's? (32x10.5x15?)

Nice looking truck though!
