This was taken in Moab UT, and I believe thats Mt Wilson CO in the background.

This was taken on Santiago Peak in Orange County CA, which I believe is about 5600ft of elevation.

Love all the pictures here. I'm not sure if I can post any similar as I have been to boring places mostly with my Wrangler. The only picture worthy of being posted here is a 60s one where my father went into a Colombian jungle trip with a jeep at that time.
