After some searching I found a perfect touch up color for the gray bumpers. Dealers do not stock it. This was a lucky guess, but here it is: Dupli-color brand, TY 01605. 182 Toyota "Antique Sage Pearl." This will cover small chips and scratches easily and comes in a 1/2 oz bottle. You can sand it lightly if you need to as well. PepBoys carries it but I'm sure other parts places have it too.

But on many rare colors, they have to order them straight from Germany. That is what happened when I ordered some for my W126. They had to ship them all the way from Germany for the touch up paint, as well as the lacquer. Amazingly, It was pretty affordable. Only $28.

That doesn't help you over there, but I'm sure there would be places around that mix auto paint similarly. I got a can to paint my front tooth (tow hook cover) and 2 jack hole covers that I got raw from Germany.

Usually they order more than one, for stocking in the dealer, but this time they didn't. hehe
