1996 G300 petrol replacing water pump

Hi All

My water pump is really old and I've noticed some weakness so I want to replace it. I will also replace the radiator as it's got a bad leak. Since we're going to take out a lot of the things in front, I was wondering if there were any items that may be worth replacing whilst I'm at it. I've thought about the belt and the thermostat.
Any more ideas will be great
thanks

Replace both the upper and lower radiator hoses while you are at it.

consider replacing the rubber mounts for both the radiator and condenser coil, and the upper rubber hold downs for the radiator. New rubber absorbs far more vibrations than do those 24 year old ones do.

You might also go after the condenser coil with a fin straightening tool. Cleans the fins out too. No need to remove the condenser either.
