It appears that there is a second air filter above each main filter. It is built into the intake housing. Can’t figure out how to get them out or if I should. Any guidance would be appreciated. Check the part number on the housing. Sometimes these get replaced because the plastic retainer tabs and bits break off underneath. I swapped mine out for that reason with an eBay unit.
