My question is: How do I get all the dirty one out of it? I could only see 2 holes. I suppose one is filling and the other allows you to know when it's full but how do I flush the old stuff. I'm not supposed to add to it right?

So this is something to do when you replace wheel bearings, etc. There is a write up in the DIY section about refilling the balls as maintenance. Basically, grease should be at the level of that access hole. If your swivel ball grease is black and runny then you probably have diff fluid leaking passed the seal. Time for a wheel bearing and seal job.

This requires disassembly of the axle to pull out the CV, clean and reboot it with new CV grease. You can keep driving this way, but not for too long. This is an extensive job and it is usually best to replace all the bearings and seals in the axle ball as you go.
