None of sidemarkers work

Hi guys none of my sidemarkers work
Checked the power upstream from the bulb where the wire is perfect,
I know the car cuts power when it senses a fault
But all 4 are disconnected
Is there a fuse or something to check?
All fuses are good
Thanks

RE: None of sidemarkers work

On my 2007 G500 those lights seem to be on the "elektronic/elektronisch/electronique" system and not fused as most circuits. Hopefully someone can help clarify for you. That may be a part of the CAN system also. I don't know if that system is on your model G.

Re: None of sidemarkers work

On the Europa G500 the side markers are on a fuse- tied in with other front and rear lights. No idea on your 2002, but worth checking the fuse diagram. Hopefully they're not tied in with a SAM.

I was repairing the connection on a side marker- and thought I blew a fuse. Fuse tested ok, pulled it, replaced it, put the original fuse back- and lights magically started working again...

RE: None of sidemarkers work

On an MBUSA 2002 the side markers are controlled/protected by the front SAM. Checks for shorts in your wiring, but if none, then the SAM is probably toast. A common problem is water leaking down onto the SAM from the wiper seals.
