I did see one diagram that showed two seals? One internal to wind screen and second on exterior under the wiper arm. Is there a WIS procedure for replacing the seals or is as simple as unbolting wiper arm and replacing seal? Thanks G4me

The only seals were the flat seals on outside under the nut washer. You should be able to remove the wiper blade nut and arm, then remove the large retainer nut and washer. Now be careful and while holding the wiper shaft, start pulling up the rubber seal. Don’t let the wiper shaft fall back through the firewall hole or you will have to remove the dash cap to put it back in place. You should be able to buy a wiper seal repair kit that has all new seals, washers and nuts. Hope this helps. AGuess
