All leads welcome and appreciated! Thank you.

I sent them a message about the spacers via their website portal and addressed it to Bob, per your prior recommendation. Sent that on 6/12. No response. Thanks, again, though for the lead.

After reading your post, I just sent them another message through their website last night to follow up. Wonder if maybe they have an issue with that feature of their site. I thought it would be easier to send the description of the desired work in writing versus trying to explain over phone. However, with your call to them, that should make things easier (versus random dude asking about spring spacers and wheels spacers-- ;)). Thanks, again. New tires are going on, today--33s! (actually 32.9s)

I ordered the wheel spacers from Karl/G-Wagen Accessories. Now trying to decide between 50mm v. 30mm spring spacers and get those ordered. Lots of respected opinions that differ on those, it seems. Reading through various posts and listening to others. Ideally, I want the height of the 50s BUT I don't want to create problems.

koly Elite Veteran Date registered: Jul 2006 Location: Scottsdale, AZ USA Vehicle(s): 2000 G500 Posts: 823 | RE: Spring spacers--another call for installers I put Karl's 50mm on my G probably 8-9 years ago with no problems (60k when I installed, I'm now at 174k). I should take look the spacers and see how they're holding up. The only issue installing them was in the rears, where I had to undo the bracket on the rear axle that holds either the hydraulic locker or brake line, and only to get enough play to fit the spacers. Amazingly, I'm still on the factory shocks and springs, almost 21 years later. With 35s and the 50mm spacers, I can't fit in my garage (too tall by a few millimeters). I could fit in my previous home's garage with 3/4" to spare - go figure. Edited by koly 6/19/2020 3:51 PM

Much appreciated to know the 8+ year/100k+ mileage data on that. Cool on the springs, too--21 years and going strong. 35s! That's amazing. I just had 33s put on, and I thought those were big! Thanks, again, for all the info.

When I do get around to it, I'll probably get taller springs and remove the spacers.
