I jumped it and put in a new battery. However I need advice. The alternator is charging and voltage appears to be good. The dash lights ABS, ESP and a yellow triangle are lit up. Also, my rear locker switch is lit up red and I can’t figure out what is wrong to turn it off. I’ve tried turning the steering wheel all the way left and right several times, to reset the ABS lights, did not work. Prior to the battery going bad, I have not had any problems. The battery was 5 years old I took it to a independent shop to have them look at it, but thought I would post here for ideas. As soon as I can get this fixed, I’m going to sell it. Thanks for your continued help. Alex

The rear locker light makes me thin it is the wire grounding out or damaged wiring to the rear diff lock slave. The 2002 is sensitive to battery voltage as you know, so most of this could just be persistent faults. Please let us know what the shop finds.
