Another Interesting Custom C126

Well, I was looking around at some 126 Coupes on eBay, and came across this one. It has Gullwing Doors, and some other Special Custom things. What do you guys think of it?

It looks like it would be a nice car but it really looks abused.

I hope you W126 mods are liking all the interesting threads I am coming up with. This is P3 only. No other MB Forums have polls like mine.

Here are some pictures, and some info from the lisiting written by the eBay seller:

Vehicle: 1983 500 SEC

RE: Another Interesting Custom C126

That one popped up on BW not long ago - it got a grilling!

I'd give it a straight guy makeover (straight-eye for the queer car)
I love the widebody and doors

Could've been a cool, butch looking machine but no they had to paint "Poofter inside" all over it
Rainbow interior and an ironing board on the back...yikes!

Really? I guess this car has been sold numerous times then, because it is on eBay right now.

haha, yea. The rainbows and stuff are stupid, and it definitely need a re-spray, but other than that, it is pretty cool.

RE: Another Interesting Custom C126

It's kinda cool but yea some stuff like the paint and the "ironing board" on the back should go. I', a bit worried that the door has to be propped up with a stick too, surely they should open and be able to lock in I would fear getting crushed getting in or out.

RE: Another Interesting Custom C126

yea, the doors are certainly very worrying. I would hate to have a W126's door close on me. They are very solid.

But the place is in Europe. The house and surrounding etc. I do believe the car is a Sheik car since it's so customized.

RE: Another Interesting Custom C126

I don’t much care for it, I’m afraid. The doors are just too much. The trunk wing is awful. The light panel in the middle and much of the rear end treatment makes it look like a Le Baron.
