Hello I am new here, i'm from the Netherlands so my english is not optimal.
Last year I sold my 280SE and bought me a G-class 460 the car is 25 year old, means that its tax free here in holland.
So i own a 460 with a 617A and a 4-matic, I like to hear some story's from people who have experience with this engine and gearbox.
I mean fuel consumption, topspeed, how durable is this engine and gearbox?
etc etc....

they do im sure, just not as often as way down there by the truck forums..... |

Btw, I'm pretty sure that Maarten means to say a 4-speed automatic transmission; NOT a 4-Matic, which is something else entirely and was never available on the G. |
