| Leak below fuel tank
Noticed a leak under my 300sd yesterday, one of two fabric covered hoses is weeping fuel?
Has anyone replaced theese hoses? Can you replace with hoses from local supplier or do you need to use factory replacements?

I replaced mine with commonly available fuel line hose
I pulled the lines drained the fuel into a large container, fitted the new lines and new screw clamps...easy |

Braided lines in engine compartment, injector feed and return, no clamps. Other rubber lines under hood have clamps. Rubber lines with metal fittings near tank, I think. Solved? |
