Where is it ok to use Simple Green and where is it not, to clean?

You can use it on wheels, full strength, to get brake dust off. Dilute by 1/2 for carpeting and non-leather seats. Also dilute 1/2 for chrome. DO NOT USE on engine parts.

I have used automotive Pro Series Simple Green  (FYI conntains no ammonia or alcohol, is VOC compliant, and is non-flammable and non-abrasive.),on my wheel wells, undercarriage and engine compartment with no problems. 

 So far, I've only had to wipe the engine compartment of the E320 with carwash,wax painted surfaces  And condition the plastic and rubber parts with Meguire's shine.
