It's the one with the white border around a tree underneath the --Font size-- selector in the main posting page. Just put in the URL and click Insert.
You could also do a direct copy and paste like you would if you wanted to duplicate a picture on Microsoft Word or something. Just highlight the picture, Control + C, then Control + V on the main posting page.
