RE: Photo Upload Problems?

I haven't been able to upload since yesterday and I just tried again.  Getting this error, "You can only upload files with the extension JPG, GIF, PNG and PDF".  Photos are JPG and less than 100K in size.

No, they are *.jpg files.  Camera is a Canon PowerShot SD500.

pleubner figured out the issue: Hey guys , It is working ... just a bug in the software! rename your extensions to ".jpg" instead of ".JPG". i.e lower case! The software seems to not recognize upper case JPG as a valid file!.

Admin, can this be fixed?  It's a pain to rename the files to lower case.

Thanks, John

RE: Photo Upload Problems?

For me it was one file, I uploaded another file with the same extension w/o a problem. It may be a site problem but the file itself may be the problem.

RE: Photo Upload Problems?

I don't have problems attaching images to a post (just tested that) but I can not upload an image in my profile control panel. I keep getting the same fault message: internal server problem. Would that refer to your server or my computer?

RE: Photo Upload Problems?

I am confused now. I am able to place a link to files on my computer and that works fine but I still can't seem to upload any files. Keep getting the same error message.

What are the limits for uploading files/photos?
