Description from Mercedes Collection Catalogue Winter 2004/2005

Authentic, collectible replica of the original 1920s pattern created by renowned toymaker Eduard Craemer. Crafted to exacting specifications, each bear makes a growling sound when turned and features a genuine mohair body, glass eyes and felt paws. Dressed in traditional chauffeur attire bearing "chauffeur Service" in. Arrives in a cutom gift box with a certificate of authenticity. Limited edition of 400. 12" tall.

Looks like a '20's style mobster, to me. I look at it and imagine that he pulls a Tommy Gun out of his coat and cuts down half the P3 members.
