colkrang Member Date registered: May 2015 Location: Denver Vehicle(s): 2004 G500 Posts: 27 | 1st offroading of the G Wagen. This is my 1st offroading attempt with the G500. It did really well. It was a great camping experience this 4th of July as well. The BFG KO2 275/70R18's worked out with no lift. I got some rub on the bodywork near the steering box, but some judicious bending took that out of the way. I see you're in Denver. I spent part of my collegiate career in Boulder at CU. Those photos remind me some of Left Hand Canyon where I would take my old Grand Wagoneer wheeling. How do you like the KO2s? I need to get some new tires for my G500 and have been considering those. Biggest concern is how they perform in the rain. I know they're a good performer offroad. | ||
