Military Color Code

Hey guys, I haven't been on this site for years, but just purchased a 1980 SWB 460 that I'm going to start working on, and am planning on repainting after some minor bodywork. It's that same avocado/bile green color that my previous '80 LWB was before I painted it silver. I'm looking to take a different approach with this one, and repaint it the same color as the Canadian G's, but the only color codes I have for military G's is 6431. 6431 is the NATO green, and it might just be my eyes, having never seen either vehicle in person, but the Canadian G's seem to be a greener color, as the NATO green looks to me to have more of a rust-colored tinge to it. Can anybody confirm without a doubt that 6431 is the Canadian Military green?

RE: Military Color Code

I am fairly sure that is the correct number for all NATO but there are a couple of versions the other being anti radar, that may have a different appearance due to the additive.

slow ... yes, there does seem to be a responsiveness problem.  Once the initial page request is responded to then it seems to fill the page quickly.  I'm guessing that some part of the authentication process is wedged.

Yes, the attached is from the EPC for a Canadian G VIN.

I need that anti radar coat, and if possible anti laser

Now laser jammers are illegal in Texas as of 9/1/11

I was going to say get some Blinders... but now that they're illegal... it puts an end to that. Although, I'd love to know how they know you have them as long as you remember to turn them off once a normal speed has been achieved.

Texas PD are being trained to:
1) Stop cars when laser offers no reading
2) Inspect the front and back of the vehicle
3) If the driver is "uncooperative" they can impound for further inspection at the station

It seems the party is over...
