We had 9 G's and members from as far away as New York City and Japan participate in that one. Under consideration would be a tour of the MB Museum and the MBUSI assembly plant in Vance, AL (Home of the GL & ML) on a Friday. Saturday is open, but could be a drive on the skyway in the Talledega National Forest. Because there is quite a bit involved in organizing such an event, this thread is intended to determine if there is enough interest to justify setting it up. Those who participated in the last one have been asking for a repeat. If you're interested and would plan to attend, reply back here so we can get a rough head count; and make a decision as to whether to go forward. This is all dependent on enough folks showing an interest to justify the effort needed to set it up. In 2008, MBUSI treated us like royalty and we definitely received the VIP treatment. It would be fun to do that again. Sign up now, if you have an interest.

Other possibilities for Saturday would be a visit to the Talladega Superspeedway and the International Motorsports Hall of Fame and Museum. Another choice would be the Barber Motorsports Park and Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum. Just some ideas in addition to the MB Assembly Plant visit on Friday.

How much does the tour cost, if any? Also, how about a list of who's going so everyone can do a copy-paste and add their name to the list? Thanks!
