| 300 GD with AC wiring diagram - anybody got?
i am a little snookered with the repair and add-on of an AC to a wiring harness.
Please can someone help me with info / link to a wiring diagram from about 1985 onwards that includes air conditioning. I have the non AC ones for both the truck type wiring and the later sedan type, which is what I am repairing. Both of these show an 8 A fuse protecting the fan motor circuit. I have measured 14A on the AC fan motor, so this cannot be correct.
It may also be an add-on document / drawing.

That is the one, thanks Fernando. I am building this into my harness at the moment. Do you know if the dotted lines - called "Standard equipment" on this drawing is only for automatic transmission??
I am leaving out S3, Y1 and Y2 because I have no petrol engine and automatic transmission. I hope this is correct. |

S3 is the auto box non start switch , the line you mention goes to 50 (in the main diagram) that is the warning harzard switch , i think only to have + , so you dont need it. Same y1 , y2. My AV harness is a little modified. Harness was there when i bought the truck and as its was working i left only changing part.

Thanks Fernando. I will certainly take care. This whole wiring harness was in very poor condition and I have done a lot of work on it. The chance of KABOOM is good!
