That is the factory tire size, so I would assume yes.

It fits a 285/60 R18 which is the same diameter and is also wider.

These are the people that make them:

When I bought one from one of our Gwagen parts Companies years ago, this brand was on it but with a Mercedes Star.

I run the 265 65 R18 tire and use a generic black 32" from these folks

looks and fits great

RE: Soft spare tire cover on 265/65-18?

I also run 265/65R18 tires on my 2011 G550.

I got my soft tire cover from "tirecovertim" here:

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/SpareCover-Brawny-Series-Mercedes-Benz-Logo-30-Black-DenimVinyl-Tire-Cover-/120917248043

When I placed my order, I emailed Tim with my exact tire dimensions (overall diameter, casing width and tread width) and received a tire cover from him which fits perfectly. It's a snug fit with few wrinkles and the welting sits exactly at the edge of the tire's tread.

Oh, and a little tip to help with installation .... if you split a big plastic garbage and drape it on your spare tire before trying to wrestle the tire cover over the tire, it'll go much easier.
