This is a trivial replacement. Take off the wiper arm. Pry off the old seal. Lube up the shaft as best you can. Push on the new seal. Re-attach the wiper arm. Done. Mine probably need a redo. Last replaced in 2003. Edited by AlanMcR 4/10/2018 12:24 AM (WiperMechanism.jpg) Attachments ---------------- WiperMechanism.jpg (46KB - 1 downloads)

I admit the weather here gets the most out of it but I didn't expected so much squeaking. They are not leaving streaks so I can't complain as they work well. I got them last summer. Should I try another brand? Edited by King_GH 4/10/2018 6:28 AM (wiper.gif) Attachments ---------------- wiper.gif (89KB - 0 downloads)

It forms a seal at the top of the wiper shaft. When I got my G it had a slight leak through the cracked cover. Replacing the cover fixed that.
