The valve stem would have to be on the top side of the tire, and if you have tiny hands, you may be able to reach it... but you might need a connector with a right-angle to fit it onto the stem. You could try backing the nuts off and leave them with a couple threads still on them, and pul the tire back to the edge of the bolts to give you more room so you don't have to pull it completely off… | ||

This is one of many reasons the reverse spare tire holder is appealing but will probably stick with stock out of concern for damage to door or potential stress to same.
