Post some pictures. It’s good to see you people enjoy long distance trip. Since here, the country is small. The country size is only about 5766 sq. I wish I have long trip distance in my car.

From one end to another end of this country, it takes only 1 hour and most of the people here bitching about one hour drives and make it as a very long trip and stop at every shop on the way.

you should drive it around in circles along the borders of Brunei. That will still be a road trip, and you will know every street.

j/k. gas prices for these cars must be pretty dam expensive in Brunei.

Well, I made it.... It took me 16 hours exactly including all stops. The car drove absolutly PERFECT for the trip! It made the 1100 miles seem like 50! I will never drive another car other than my Benz's on road trips. I also achieved amazing gas mileage too. I drove from Pittsburgh, PA to Charlotte, NC and still had OVER 1/4 of a tank left! After filling up in Charlotte, I then drove to Jacksonville, FL and had over 1/4 tank left again! The whole trip took about 50 gallons of gas and I got about 22 MPG! Not bad for a 5000lb car! The only thing I wish was different is the color.... A black car in 90 degree sun is just not fun Anyway, I took some pictures on my way down and I'll do the same for my trip back. I plan on leaving here on Friday afternoon and should return early Saturday morning.
If any of you have the slightest urge to take your W140 on a road trip.... I'd say DO IT!! It is the most relaxing highway car ever built!

Glad you made it back Dantefr. Man, I really have to try that. These cars are great. Road trips were what these cars were made for. Luxury, Luxury, and Luxury.

I can always drive to neighbouring East Malaysia but not with the Benz. The Malaysian will get jealous and try to vandalised the car.

Nzbenz,

Yes Brunei govt. is controling the price but still expensive. A Malaysian who uses his car here will get fined if he buys diesel in a bottle and bring it back to East Malaysia.

well, perhaps you could go to Singapore, where people will get fined and/or imprisoned for touching/vandalizing anyone's car.

I think that is good, cuz all of those people that vandalize people's cars are dumb.

No, i can't drive my car to Singapore. Brunei is located on an Island with East Malaysian states.

Kuala Lumpur is West Malaysia.

yea, Singapore is it's own little island. But you could ship it over there... but that would be kinda useless, cuz you would have to ship it back.

So, uh.... nevermind

you should just find a way to connect your star to electricity, so if anyone tries to steal it, they get zapped with electricity.

I actually like your car's rims as much as the AMG's. Even though yours are stock, they look really nice.

Well perhaps you should cast a vote for them . Are you going to vote being the mod and all, alot of 320 W140 as well I think the cars in this time are all very good ones and will be very close.

yea, It turned out to be a pretty even poll. Even though there are two S500's, the 320's look just as good. I really can't decide, but don't worry, I will vote.

I barely got enough cars in. I was PMing people to ask them to be in it.

Only 3 people actually came to me, and asked me to be in the poll. I had to ask the other two.
