2006-07 Beretta Annual

Speaking of spotting Gs in various ads, catalogs, and commercials as well as talking about guns in a poll I opened, I ran across the following when looking at the company that makes my gun:

Probably Photoshopped to stay away from Trademark litigation.

Re: 2006-07 Beretta Annual

That is Beretta's trademark. You can go to their website to see for yourself:
https://www.berettausa.com/customer/request_annual_book.cfm

I was trying to figure out if it was just a picture with the Beretta trademark photoshopped onto the picture or if it really was a real G. I looked all through the Berretta catalog to see if they were offering a "Limited Edition" G and what the price was going for. I did not see anything.

I remembered a few years ago Neiman-Marcus offered a G with their limited addition items. But Neiman-Marcus still kept the exterior three-pointed star and look. Holland Firearms did the same with a Range Rover.

I believe Dutch used to own the Neiman-Marcus G.

Didn't you Dutch?

My G500 is one of the six that were sold by Europa International through the NM Christmas Catalog.

The only thing different between Europa's standard G500 and the NMLE G500 was the seating leather and the wood burl, along with a small plaque indicating that it had been made specially for you. All this for a $25,000 premium over Europa's standard price. (The brush guard and side boards were not part of the package.)

Yep!

There are also another 6-9 floating around without the NMLE designation, but have the same leather and wood. These didn't get sold as NMLE.

Looks like photoshop to me - the pixel definition looks different to the rest of the pic.

Yes, although it has 16" Atiks and better off road tires on it now.
