radiator fan

Hi folks,

anybody replaced the radiator fan in a w124 with some aftermarket fan?

Need a heavy duty electric pull-thru fan diameter around 18" and not deeper then 2.75". So the MB pull thru fan off a G500 for example does not fit.
Any hints .. what brand is reliable ?
