Here is a Video Clip of how Loosy-Goosy, it was: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQLmt8a7Whk&feature=youtu.be I think you could probably do the job with the Rear Spring installed, "I" felt it safer to not be working under "Tension", so I removed the spring tension.
