Hello fellow G owners!
I recently bought a 1985 300GD SWB. It's full of accumulated neglect problems, but runs and drives and is a great machine. I am embarking on an everyday driver-level sorting out. I have a few years of MB diesel ownership and that has been useful with the non-turbo OM617 in the G. Currently also battling some suspension issues, but won't bore you with those details here.
