Hope they did a decent job with the paint anyway. On the bright side, some cars look better without the script. I presume they didn't lose the badge (star) as well?
Have you tried Potomac German Auto?

It seems there are lots of "190" badges, but very few "180." This badge is not available anymore. Thank you for the suggestions. The paint did turn out great and we put it back to the original color, Graphite Gray.

Wow thats alot. But it's got to have. It would look naked without it. You'd also have pinholes in the body, were the script goes. That's just my opinion though. Question....... Is your new paint, single stage are clear coat?

The holes were covered up, but can be opened with no problem. Single stage paints are a lot easier to correct. Defects such as swirls or light scratches. Its also easier to fix extremely neglected single stage paints. Here's an example of a R107 450SL(Single stage). That was extremely oxidize. But was properly corrected at a Meguiar's Garage event. Also,Would you mind posting some pics. I'd love to see it. I'm a huge ponton fan.
