Theres a C 240 right outside my office, AND it has the first three letters of my last name and my graduation year for the license plate. I asked the guy and he said it was just the random one they gave him. What are the chances! He also needs to wash his car more, the brake dust on his rims kill me. |

It's going to take at least a dozen enthusiasts to keep it alive enough to attract new ones. The more popular forums, the ML and G class forums seem to have taken off but others kinda slowed down.

Well, what do you know? I have just bought myself a 2004 C220cdi AT at a reasonable price. I changed the gearbox fluid and filter but unfortunately the torque convertor does not have a drain plug. Three days later it went into limp mode and it seems that it blew a seal and the cable to the control unit got saturated with ATF. Seems a fairly common (candle wick) ailment from what I read on a UK forum. Currently awaiting repair and bill. |
