Re: whitewalls for the w123

That sure is a lot of work considering a new set of 14" 1 inch whitewalls cost only around $100-150.

Who wants 1" whitewalls, though? Small whitewalls look like ass.

Three inches-- then we're talkin!

Re: whitewalls for the w123

IMHO I think white walls are for realy old antiques from 1900-1955,

Also I hate 1' white walls also!

RE: whitewalls for the w123

early VW sedans look very nice with wide whitewalls!

Some w123s may look good with them as well, but I photoshopped some onto my white example, and it was just too much white-- An orient red w123 with a white roof would look very nice with wide whitewalls!

blue with white roof would be nice with them as well-- I generally think a car with two-tone paint looks nice with them.

Leave the whitewalls to the old pre-60's cars.

Talked with some Coworkers...

Vogue is the Brand. Spendy but damn nice tires. Two color pinstripe sidewalls I remember. See them on high end luxury rides people like to tweak out tastefully.

Re: whitewalls for the w123

too much effort for little returns,.. but since whitewalls are impossible to come by in PK this may be something worth looking into (for those who need whitewalls)
