rust spots There's a 1cm wide and 2mm tall spot of rust above the license plate. How do I go about "treating" the area to avoid further rusting of the area?

RE: rust spots Only thing you can do is grind it out and patch it, it's it's just surface rust sand it treat it with rust killer and then repaint. But there is no point just treating the rust you have to sand it out.
