OK, so I've been lurking on the G threads for a while now and have just picked up an 05 E 320 CDI. It has the P2 option package with "foldable" rear seats which I thought would be a good option for my traveling dogs. Does anyone have a good source for custom seat covers? I've used Cover King for my pos diesel sub and they're terrific, but they don't seem to have an option for the rear seat of the E320.
Also, this car comes without navi (no nav, no sirus no ipod integration). Does anyone know of non-dealer sources for the navi box for the trunk (and antanae, I assume) and the ipod integration kit and the Sirrus sat radio?
Finally, has anyone installed/had installed a pyrometer to keep track of EGT? details?

There are no nondealer sources for the Mercedes parts that integrate. There are online official Mercedes dealers from which you may get a better price for the hardware, but installation isn't an easy DIY although the complete instructions are available online from Mercedes. |
