We all know that we try to do everything to our w123 at our expense and time. Though some of use still think nothing is enough! So whats your dream w123? This is thoughts of my dream w123! The car has to be pure white like my 240D, It has to have a straight 6 mb diesel engine, with the biggest turbo it can possibly have! It will run a veggie oil and have a conversion set up, the engine will never be obsolete and will be a sleeper in the roads, untill a rice car or a muscle car appears, so I can unleash the monster under the hood! The car must look rugged, so I want fog lights on the grill(sports grill), about 4 or three hella lights. I want good off road tires, a snorkel, a dual exhaust setup that comes from the sides of the car. A huge brush gaurd front and rear to protect the car. I want chrome bundts, and the car must have AWD. The interior can be simple, though I want creme leather, The console must have a pioneer radio that has a screen come up with radio, nav, back up s/n etc.. Everything I need to help me get around. I want wood everything and I want the climate control be manual, and A/c must be freezing cold and heat must be a fire blaze! I want my w123 compete in the Dakar rally race! Dont matter what place it comes, I just want to survive it! Thats my Ideal dream of a w123....

It shall be fitted with an OM616 engine and all the early trims, none of that late plastic shit. Burled dash trims, too-- maybe even dyed blue to match the interior-- classic white exterior with hubbie caps.

BenzDieselTuner - 9/7/2006 7:20 PM rather tune a 617, since 5 cyl. is more unusual to your average American......... you can only do so much with the 10 valve non cross flow head.. its very limiting... a diesel mercedes is very unusual to americans becuase ive had a fuel station attendent run out and tell me i was pumping diesel into my car.. i pointed to my trunk badge and then started the car... still she was baffled... i had to explain mercedes was the First with a diesel engine in a passenger car and stuff Edited by TheDon 9/8/2006 4:53 PM

Who can tell me how? Notice that the car has an A/C compressor. Notice also that it has no A/C switch or A/C temp dial.
