The squigee really gets alot of water off the vehicle and makes drying alot quicker. The syn. chamois holds up very well and absorbs alot of water. I always wash my wheels last and add more water and soap if necessary. Also wiping down all the rubber at least with water but with some mild cleaner rubber specific maybe a few times a year . Its amazing how much dirt builds up in the door seals.

I've seen a couple of detailers use squeegees to dry off the cars quickly and go over it with a microfiber cloth. I'm worried that if dirt or debris gets caught between the rubber and the paint it'll scratch.
