| How many PM's
I tried to send a Pm ( to Dutch ) and was told my mailbox was full and that I must delete messages to free space. I deleted a whole lot with about 30 remaining and I still cannot PM. What is the new limit?

CAN SOMEONE OUT THERE PLEASE HELP - i ONLY HAVE 3 MESSAGES IN MY INBOX BUT SERVER SAYS I HAVE TO MANY AND CANNOT CONSEQUENTLY SEND ANY PM'S!

I would recommend deleting out of 'Outbox' and 'Sent Items', however, I noticed when checking my own PM's I had the glaring red message of doom "You have an excessive number of messages stored in your ''. You cannot send any messages anymore before you delete some expired mail.".
Is it possible there is a system problem? As such I have flagged my own post to bring attention to this problem, as I am unable to PM. |

There is no problem with the system, only your deletion technique.
There are two different Delete buttons. One at the top of the page to set them up to do the deletion, and the other at the bottom to do the actual deletion.
Or you can check them off individually, but you need to hit the bottom of the page Delete button to actually delete them.
Be sure to clear out both the Inbox and the Sent Items.
