The car is in exceptional shape. Silver with gray leather. It has Michlein tires with 75% tread left. He is asking me for suggestions for new tires. Any advice? | ||

deneals Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | RE: 1993 300 SL I've been using Yokohama Avid 4+ on mine, but only because I can't afford the Michelins. Michelin is the OEM for these cars. Is your friends car one of the rare manual transmission cars? | ||

I think tread life is what we are looking for here. My advice was to stick with Michelin. He is an attorney and I doubt there will be any high speed performance issues. | ||
