It's how they let the side part of the leather just sit right on top of the plastic. Adds weight and pressure to the plastic which can't handle it. The thing I hate more than broken trim is whenever the side bolster splits and you can see the foam. Our Ram 1500 did that, and it looks like crap. The truck does have 210k on it, though-- I guess that's part of the reason. It kinda shouldn't happen on a $60,000 car, though! | ||
