Overdoing it?

Is there some limit to the number of times you can re-wax your car?  Both of mine are well-protected and quite beautiful, and always garaged besides.  But the simple fact is that I enjoy the process.  It's like therapy.  I just put another coat on the Mercedes and nearly did another one on the Audi tonight.  Is there any downside at some point?

When Quik Detailer become slow to wipe off , its is time to re-wax . That what i have gone by for years on my vehicle's.
