Re: McLaren are back

Cept the fact that Raikkonen was going to mow him down when Ferrari stopped restricting him to 15,500 RPM's and let him go to 19k... Losing .5 to .75 seconds a lap is not a good thing.

Re: McLaren are back

Oh, don't get me wrong, Hamilton is a great young driver, although I'm afraid he's going to cut someone off really bad in one these races and take out himself, raikkonen, massa, alfonso, heidfeld etc and piss off alot of people. I'd probably like him more if he drove for Ferrari. PS, my Dad used to wake me up at 4:30 AM when I was a little kid to watch F! so I remember the days when we used to get our ass kicked, I'm not a newbie from the Schumacher days. He used to tell me stories about Niki Lauda in '76 getting burned at Nurburg, coming back and losing the Championship by default because he pulled out of Japan because the rain was so bad.

Re: McLaren are back

I'm jealous, I got to sit in Lauda's '76 Ferrari a couple weekends back. The one he drove after he came back from the wreck/fire at nurburgring and still almost one the championship. (he lost the championship because he withdrew at suzuka due to heavy rain)
