And here's one of my old pics, need to get some new ones real soon.... see only the passenger rear window is tinted with 35% tint, very unprofessional. now both rear windows are tinted. I really want to do all the windows but state law dont allow it here.

Great looking S320 mbnz230. I love your AMG rims. So how was the whole bumber/side skirt painting going? And the 97 Euro Taillights?

Awesome car.

thanks, i am still looking for someone in my area who can paint the bottom at a good price. as for the euro tail lights, i think i might sell them, i just dont like the look of it i like the factory 97 up tail lights. will probably put it up on Ebay or something. I see you got your clear corners installed looks very nice.

oh, I see. Would it be possible to take some pics of what they REALLY look like? Those guys on eBay have horrible pics.

Yes, I installed the clear corners, and also a grille kit as well. Thanks for the compliment.

Have you seen the 97 SMOKED talillights on eBay? I am kinda interested in getting those, but once again, no one models them, and show what it really looks like.

If you could take some pics of the Euro Taillights, it would be much appreciated. Not only by me, cuz I am also looking into getting new lights, but also other W140 owners.

i put those euro lights on for like a couple of hours and i took it off. i think its too flashy, just the same as the v12 s600 emblems. i took those off as well. i will try to put it back on when i find some time. its got like a ton on screws behind the tail lights.

Cool. Yea, I think they may be kinda flashy too.

So what are you going to do with the S600 and V12 Emblems?

so you have no badges on your W140? I kinda like that look. The back of the car looks clean are sleek.

So, are you just gunna keep your emblems? or sell them? I'll buy the V12 and S600 badges from you if you don't want them. I like having S600 parts. Reminds me of my '97 S600.

Thanks for that MBNZ230. Yea, I think those lights do look a little too flashy. They are not bad, but yea, Maybe 97's would be better.

By the way, your car looks absolutely amazing. Those rims make your car look SOOOOOO good.!

RE: W140 S Class Picture Thread

Something I have noticed is that all the w140s seem to have a line through the mouldings on the lower doors mine does not. Whats with that. BTW Photoman you car is nice. Are all W140s two toned when they come off the production line?

What years is yours? Must be an early one. The line through the middle is the facelift 140s. I'm not a 140 expert so I couldn't tell you what year is the facelift.
Mine has facelift bumpoers/boot etc but I thinks it is actually pre facelift. It's been updated at some point. Typical of a Singapore car.

Mine was made in April of 1993. Mine has teh same 97 tail lights and boot as yours but yours must have had teh extra moulding added around the side then.
