AutoExpress' bulb tests are usually pretty reliable, though I wish they still provided the hard data they used to give (illumination at 50R and 75R, etc., instead of these "beam ratings" they've concocted). One bulb they didn't test (because it's neither E-marked nor available through Osram UK) is the Osram 65w H7 bulb, which produces more light than any of the +50/+80/+90/etc. types, and has a longer rated lifespan.
