| Favourite race cars Just some of my favourite racecars I'm partial mostly towards Le Mans racers and the pre-war GP cars myself I pick them for various reasons, some for their great race success, some for looking awesome, like the CLR, a failure as a race car but amazing to look at Here's my top ten: 1. 1939 W154: 3.0 ltr Supercharged V12, 425 bhp   2. 1937 W125 'Stromlinie': 5.6 ltr Straight-8, 646 bhp  3. 1998 CLK LM: 5.0 ltr V8, 600 bhp  4. 1937 W125: 5.6 ltr Straight-8, 646 bhp  5. 1931 SSKL 7.0 ltr Supercharged Straight-6, 300 bhp  6. 1999 CLR (the flying car): 5.7 ltr V8, 600+ bhp    7. 1997 CLK GTR (the McLaren F1 GTR slayer): 6.0 ltr V12, 600 bhp  8. 1954 W196R: 2.5 ltr Staight-8, 257 bhp  9. 1996 W202 ITC: 2.5 ltr V6, 500 bhp  10. Sauber Mercedes C9: 5.0 ltr Twin Turbo V8, 720 bhp  | ||
