You know all gulf spec car will have a warning alarm when you get over 120km/hr. I guess they need the fog light because during sand storm, it’ll get very poor visibility. If there's Camels on the road the other driver must on the fog light and highlights to tell the other driving that there’s camel ahead. Maybe could be also the cars were imported from Germany. In Germany, many cars have an age limit on every vehicle and there will have to be sent to a recycling plant. Instead of taking apart of a good condition car, maybe they will be sent most Middle Eastern countries and the cars have a new life. The Arabs really like Mercedes Benz. They rather have an old Benz over a new Toyota. BenzDieseltuner, It’s the new century, they might wear like Bedouin style but they have a very high tech mobile phone.

C'mon, it's ONLY a toyota. But seriously, I think you could be right about the foglights, and how they could have been fitted for sand storms. It could also be possible that this car was from germany, or maybe the owner but a new bumper on it with these foglights so that his car would look even nicer. Whatever the case though, that is a really nice W140.
