Hi alls,
I'm Xavier from the province of Québec. Since many years, I had 2 Mercedes Benz 300 GD (W460) and since 2009 a 1991 300GD W463. I have imported here in Québec, my 300GD that I had in France.
I'm using my G for expéditions and overlanding only. I've made a full equip cargo "home made" in rear side. At spring, I think take a James Baroud roof tent, change my shocks for Koni Heavy Tracks, and install a 2nd diesel tank (60 liters).
For navigation, I'm using a laptop and a 10.4 inch touchscreen on dash. I'm also ham radio : VE2IGN and F4GBO.
For communications, I'm equiped with a Spot Messenger, CB and Kenwood TM-D710 VHF/UHF.
