according to my big book, MB AG timed everything, from the first days of sketches, all the way till 16 copies of the finalized design were produced, and thorougly tested..........
-MB AG factory, Sindlefingen, May 1975 : "Die Entstehung der neuen Mittel-Klasse hatt exakt 465,882 Stunden lang gedauert. "
Stunden heisst Hours auf Englisch.......

is that the history of the W123 chasis.. i can get it.. it has it for sale in my catalogue that came with my milage award.. now if only i could find the catalogue |

yep, and its up to date, so to speak, as this one is published in '05 , and has a section with everything MB AG knows of, to date, of what u need to look for when u buy one.....ie, what breaks and goes bad, with pics and all............really neat..............
