Cancer is one of very few words that can strike fear, sadness, suffering and pain, all at once into the hearts and minds of people every where.
There are survivors of this most dreaded of diseases, but much more still needs to be done. The only way to achieve this is by research, this is an expensive and time consuming process. Individuals and groups from all over the World are rising to the occasion, and doing what needs to be done day in and day out.
Sometimes the efforts seem to be fruitless as we lose loved ones, as I and many others have. We need to continue and redouble our efforts, a cure CAN be found!
