Wolfgang Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | RE: Latest breakdown statistics from the ADAC This is what it means. "The largest automobile association in Europe, the ADAC, provides roadside assistance by trained service personal, the familiar "yellow angels", about 3.5 million times per year and Mercedes are a good proportion of them. In their data Mercedes is usually ranked in the upper half for reliability, with some models at the top of their categories. Luxury models naturally have slightly lower reliability overall due to their increased complexity."

Driving in the floods that we have just had down here this guy waved us over to the side of the road because he fell asleep with the lights on in his car and his battery went dead. I didn't have any jumper leads so I couldn't help him. He then told me that this happened to him the other day!!!!!!!! I think mechanical breakdowns are a much smaller number of the total.
